Ken Jones is an award winning playwright and screenwriter.  Ken received his BFA from the University of Florida, an MFA in playwriting from the University of Virginia and he graduated in playwriting from the Institute for Advanced Theatre Training at Harvard University.   Jones has had over three hundred productions of his 24 produced plays, seven published, and his works are listed in several anthologies and monologue books.  Professional theatres have produced his plays across the United States, Great Britain and Canada.  He has won a Telly Award, a Communicator’s Award, the Post-Corbett award for Literary Artist, the DuPont Fellowship, the Delauney Playwriting Award, the Denver Prima Facie Award, and the Kentucky Playwright’s Award. Jones is currently the Chairman for the Department of Theatre as well as playwright-in-residence at Northern Kentucky University. He was the  winner of the Frank Sinton Milburn Outstanding Professor Award for 2003-2004.  He has created the stories and written the books for the following musicals,  GHOSTLIGHT, LIFELINES, THE LAND WITHOUT LIBERTY and A FRONTIER TALE.

Jamey Strawn is excited to be involved in the creation of his first full-length musical.  Jamey received his Bachelor of Music from West Chester University, and went on to the University of Cincinnati's College-Conservatory of Music to earn his Master of Music. He has composed songs and incidental music for the NKU productions of THY BROTHER'S KEEPER (World Premiere) and TWELFTH NIGHT, as well as the upcoming production of THE IMAGINARY INVALID.  He has also composed songs and incidental music for the production of AS YOU LIKE IT at Virginia Shakespeare. Most recently, he has a set of three songs entitled Grateful Inspiration that is being considered for publication.

Christine Jones  is  an award-winning poet and lyricist.  Christine received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting Performance from Florida State University, and then she  continued her education at the University of Virginia where she received her Masters of Fine Arts.  She wrote the lyrics for LIFELINES, an original musical, which was awarded Most Potential for a New Play by the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts/ACTF.  She was also commissioned  by the Thomas Jefferson Center for the Freedom of Expression to write the lyrics for  THE LAND WITHOUT LIBERTY, a children’s musical.  A FRONTIER TALE, an original historical outdoor musical commissioned by the Cincinnati Bicentennial Organization, toured throughout Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky performing over 40 times during the summer of 1988.
